With over 6 years of experience in online clothing selling, and 2 years of experience in-store operation, owner XC Ji has gathered the expertise to complement and grow the business. Why Seoul, South Korea is the hottest fashion city in Asia? It began with K-pop, moved in K-beauty, and now K-fashion is the next logical move. K-fashion is not high-end fashion, but more influenced by K-pop stars and K-entertainment of affordable street fashion. It is a new fashion of streetwear, vintage clothing, and tailored clothing by an eclectic mix. OIAMODA J offers customers a wide selection of fashion products.



Are you able to develop modern marketing strategies and establish and utilize metrics to identify and reach target customers? We are looking for a dynamic and energetic marketing coordinator to help us grow our online presence and online sales. To ensure success, the Digital Marketing Coordinator should possess efficient time management and great creativity with a keen interest in creating and implementing cost- effective marketing campaigns.



Main Duties:

Foster community engagement and schedule content posting with our brand and products across various social media various platforms (Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Wechat, RED Booklet etc.)
Monitor and engage with potential and existing customers through social media and other media to increase customer loyalty and engagement and to respond to inquiries
Proactively analyze community activity to identify areas for incremental improvement in content and engagement using available data
Collect and analyze metrics to identify trends and themes, optimize program strategy and content and prepare reports
Evaluate the characteristics of our store products and create digital marketing and sales promotion strategies accordingly
Create and conduct surveys on public opinions and customers’ experience and feedback to pinpoint our customer’s interests and issues and to incorporate them into future strategies
Expand our digital marketing presence by creating our mobile app and analyzing user data and user feedback
Develop social media content calendar (one month in advance)
Set up and support live streaming sales events
Analyze viewers’ comments, reviews and communication interactions collected through our store app, social media, websites, etc. and recommend a standardized process to improve customers’ online shopping experience



Requirements:
Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize assignments.
A university degree or college diploma in a marketing related field or equivalent work experience with social media platforms and social media marketing is required.
App development experience is strongly preferred
Experience in promoting sales on a live streaming platform is strongly preferred
Previous retail experience is an asset
Strong data and analytical skills to make data informed decisions

Permanent Wage: 26.5/hour

Hours: 35 hours per week

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 12pm to 7pm, Ability to work flex hours as required
